The Ibanez V series deals with acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars of beginner, lower intermediate and intermediate classes. The V72E is an acoustic dreadnought of the lower intermediate class. Some might even argue this is an intermediate guitar, but it`s price tag says otherwise.

Laminated mahogany on the back and side panels is accompanied by spruce on the top. Simple, big and loud, the V72E comes with no amplification. Only a tuner is installed on the side of the body (although it is not functioning on this particular guitar, which is reflected in the price).

It is finished in black gloss and matched with chrome-plated hardware. The rosewood bridge is a standard acoustic one-piece with plastic saddle and pins. The mahogany neck is fitted at the 14th fret, through the standard dovetail joint. On its top, there is a 20-fret fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays.

This guitar is in good used condition. There is one scratch on the back of the body (so only you can see it!) and the stamp on the back of the headstock is slightly blurry (a misprint at the factory I’m assuming). As mentioned above, the onboard tuner is not functioning, which we’ve reflected in the price of the guitar. We’ve tried to capture these as best as possible in the photos as we always aim to be thorough and transparent when describing the condition of our guitars.

On the plus side, the guitar is 100% structurally sound it is a great little guitar for the price.
